Eligibility for Admission The eligibility for admission to the first semester (First Year) of the MSW degree programme is open to all the candidates who have passed Bachelors Degree examinations in Arts, Science, Commerce, BBM, Law, HRD or any other Course conducted by the Mangalore University or its equivalent thereto approved by the Mangalore University with a minimum of 45% marks in optionals and 40% marks in the case of SC/ST candidates.
Selection Procedure:
All eligible candidates who have applied for admission will have to appear for an admission test. The admission Test comprises objective type of questions on English Language, problem solving, logical reasoning, aptitude and general awareness. Candidates qualifying in the admission test will be called for a group discussion and personal interview. The final selection will be based on the cumulative score obtained in the qualifying examination, entrance test, group discussion and interview subject to all the stipulations and reservations specified by the Mangalore University and Government of Karnataka.

The duration of the MSW course consists of Four Semesters ( Two Years).

The annual intake for the MSW course is 50 students.
